After Brunhilde and Hera laid out the challenge for Ragnarok, Zeus revealed the lineup of the twelve who will be in gods' vanguard. This leaves the more ruthless gods incensed; thus, to mitigate this, Zeus declared a tournament for the last spot in Ragnarok and to add an additional cause to the Valhalla Constitution. The Apocalypse is here!

Years after the events of the first Ragnarok Showdown, humanity has shown considerable improvement in Heaven and on earth. However, the vengeful Sun God Ra, has still chosen to begin a second Ragnarok in order to reclaim Heaven's pride. With Brunhilde gone, Göll is now alone in her efforts to save mankind. Or at least, until a certain Titan and girl come offering their help.

The Gods have convened to determine the fate of Humanity. Just as the decree to exterminate Mankind is prepared, a Titan forgotten by the Heavens appears to give Humanity one last chance: If 7 mortals can best 7 Gods in combat, then Humanity will be spared. Thus, one last war between the King of the Gods and the last of the Titans begins in the Ragnarok.

1000 have ed since humanity's victory against the gods. Ragnarok is starting again! But opposing the gods is not Brunhilde, but rather Pandora. A girl hated by humanity, and her divine weapon-creating box! With her fascination for humanity, will she be able to pick out the 13 humans who will save humanity again? The Gods set to vote on the fate of humanity once more, and after a quick process, it seems like another Ragnarok is all but assured. Who will Humanity choose to save them this time!
