Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
If you ask for me to read your stories, be prepared for constructive criticism in spades. I tend to be really critical of my own work, so I'll do my best to keep it positive. Also I may not be able to get back to you quickly because I don't have consistent internet.

My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I'm a good sounding board for ideas and I really enjoy helping stories unfold. I'm good with grammar and sentence structure, usually. Beyond that I'm not too sure, I haven't betaread anything officially before, but I've been a good editor for my friends on occasion.

My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I'm not terribly good with spelling, so I may miss some typos from time to time.

Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
For genres - sci-fi, fantasy, adventure/romance, satire. I like stories with a bit of tongue-in-cheek humor, and they can be dark or dramatic as long as that's not where it stays the whole time.

Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
Anything that takes itself too seriously or has an over-abundance misery.
