Meet Rex and Roxie. They have no idea who they are or where they came from. All they do know is they have amazing abilities that are basically limited by their own imagination. Well, that and they have to save the world from tons of mutated monsters called EVOs. No pressure, right?

Rex Salazar was normal. As normal as a teenage EVO world-class hero could be, anyway. Or was he? There's a lot to Rex Salazar than him or anyone else knows about…

This is a series of one shots about Rex's years in college. It is in the format of him vs. the everyday mundane activities of a college student.

This story takes place after he has cured the world of that plight as he worked along with an organization called Providence. Rex now questions the need for him to be a hero anymore. He knew he was doing the right thing since his deceased parents who died during the first outbreak of nanties would want him to use his powers for good but he wonders if this may be a good opportunity.

"It's been eight years since the explosion that changed life as we knew it. Five years since the disappearance of Greenville, Ohio. One year since Providence began training their secret weapon. And now; a revolution."

Rebecca Holiday is plagued by nightmares of her sister, Beverly, potentially regaining her EVO abilities despite being cured. Consumed by fear and her protective instincts, Holiday becomes obsessed with constantly testing and monitoring Beverly, causing tension between the sisters. Beverly's frustration reaches a boiling point and leads to a heated argument.

"Family is where the heart is" rings true for Rex, who has formed a strong bond with Holiday, Bobo, and Six but can't say the same with Caesar.

Sometimes, all Six needs is a few words from Rex.

Just when everyone thought that they are finally at peace with their respective families, a few old foes are coming out to cause havoc. Some of them have their own offspring or apprentices to take their respective place to cause chaos. Some challenges are heading their own but they can handle anything thrown at them. It's time for the next generation to prepare themselves.

Six can be independent, but that doesn't mean he doesn't need help when sick like any other human. The only difference is how he reacts to said sickness.

Mind-controlled Six makes Five wonder how he ended up in such a predicament. And the answer to that might be much more easier than she or Rebecca Holiday could even imagine. Five nights is all Five needs to confirm her suspicions.
