Yuki, one of Lilo and Darla's best friends, is told by her parents that she has to help a girl named Wendy Wu face of an ancient spirit of their people and Wendy is the next warrior in line to be trained along with Yuki up against the spirit, but at the same time, she has to struggle with the life of a high school student.

A late night conversation between Wendy and Shen reveals unknown pieces of his past and her present which allow them to start building on their future.
